Questions
Is this a chain showroom?
No. We're an independent kitchen studio, not part of a chain, and that's why we can spend real time on your questions instead of a standard script.
Will I get a hard sales pitch?
No. We talk you through the choices and the trade-offs of each one so you can decide without being pushed.
What's the owner like to work with?
Direct and knowledgeable. He'll tell you what he actually thinks, which some people need a moment to get used to — but it means honest advice, not a script.
Can I come back with more questions later?
Yes, plenty of people come back to us more than once as their plans firm up.
